Term & Condition

• Eligibility: Renters must be at least 21 years old and possess a valid driving license recognized in India. An additional age requirement or young driver surcharge may apply for drivers under 25 years old.
• Booking and Payment: All bookings must be made through our official website, app, or authorized partners. Payment must be made in full at the time of booking using approved methods (credit card, debit card, etc.). A security deposit may be required at the time of vehicle pickup.
• Vehicle Pickup and Return: Vehicles must be picked up and returned at the designated locations during business hours. Late returns may incur additional charges. The vehicle must be returned in the same condition as at the time of pickup, barring normal wear and tear.
• Fuel Policy:The vehicle will be provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with a full tank. If the vehicle is returned with less fuel, refueling charges will apply based on current market rates plus a service fee.
• Insurance and Liability:The rental includes basic insurance coverage. Renters are liable for any damage to the vehicle not covered by insurance, up to the full value of the vehicle. Additional insurance options may be available at an extra cost.
• Prohibited Uses:The vehicle may not be used for any illegal activities, off-road driving, racing, towing, or transporting hazardous materials. Sub-renting or lending the vehicle to unauthorized drivers is strictly prohibited.
• Maintenance and Repairs:Renters must report any mechanical issues or damages immediately. Unauthorized repairs or modifications are not allowed. Renters are responsible for maintaining the vehicle's condition, including regular oil checks and tire pressure.
• Traffic Violations: Renters are responsible for all traffic violations, fines, and penalties incurred during the rental period. Any fines received after the rental period will be forwarded to the renter, including an administrative fee.
• Cancellation and Refunds:Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of pickup will incur a cancellation fee. No-shows will forfeit the rental amount.
• Emergency Assistance:In case of an emergency or breakdown, renters must contact our 24/7 customer service hotline immediately. We will provide roadside assistance or arrange for a replacement vehicle if necessary.

By renting a vehicle from Three King Car Rental, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions. Failure to comply may result in additional charges, termination of the rental agreement, and potential legal action.
